We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Malika Favre. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate the Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the box.
Ship Your Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the label is scanned to activate your tracking.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
